WELCOME TO TY MAD'S TABLE

By the sea, in a bright setting surrounded by greenery, chef Didier Lecuisinier (aptly named) creates healthy, fresh, and inventive cuisine that honors the beautiful products of the Breton coastline, selecting only the best. Here, we focus mostly on organic and offer a vegan menu. The TY MAD table is open for lunch and dinner (except Tuesday and some afternoons off-season) for our guests and all passing food lovers.

Each season, the chef offers a menu – refreshed daily – featuring delightful dishes, all fresh and full of surprises, bringing the vitality and energy of the moment.

You can be tempted by the menu or indulge in our three-course choice menu.

The daily specials are presented at lunch and dinner. Each meal brings new savory discoveries.

Additionally, at noon, the chef also creates his « daily special » board, featuring two or three dishes … beautiful and delicious, of course!

To accompany the meal, our menu offers a selection of drinks and wines that are mostly organic, crafted by passionate small producers.

Food lovers appreciate La Table de TY MAD … the FIGAROSCOPE (summer 2024) mentions our restaurant as the most charming in the city.

What I seek at the table of Ty Mad is to create a light, fragrant, subtle cuisine through floral, spicy, and vegetarian adventures, including Vegan… This is a daily quest, constantly renewed ».

PRODUCTS

Carefully selected daily by the chef, who works with respect and elevates them. From the earth come the vegetables, fruits, seeds, flours … mostly sourced from local organic farming. Meats from animals raised outdoors, purchased as close as possible. From the sea, fish primarily from local fishing and line-caught, shellfish from the area. And the ocean’s wonders, abalone, clams, oysters from the Isle of Sein. Sea bass (loup de mer) and noble line fish from the bay. Wild lobster, upon request … all beautifully prepared.

TY MAD is like a family home, where we love to celebrate and create memories that stay with us. The restaurant, hotel, and garden can be privatized for cocktails, meals, brunch… we create tailor-made experiences!
